One of the hardest lessons for any small business owner to learn is that you have to spend money to make money. When first starting ours we were told that White Stone was the best and of course, you get what you pay for. What were only words then have become results ever since, and we are thankful every day to have the best resources in the business to help us with our own.

We absolutely love, love, love our new website Whitestone Marketing just designed and launched for us. At the beginning of the year, we changed marketing companies and started working with Whitestone to develop our new website. Now more than ever, it is imperative that our website reflect who we are and the services we offer. As the saying goes, "the devil is in the details" and Whitestone nailed it! I have been a Whitestone customer for a little over a year now and I can not say enough great things about them. Not only has the website and marketing increased our sales by almost 20% to 30% during the same period the previous year, but they offer great advice on how to better run the inn and serve my guests. When I first look them up, I was hesitant, but then I had a call with Allison and didn't have a doubt in my mind this was the path to our future.
We were in desperate need of revitalization and having the redo the pictures for the website made me redecorate and update our inn, and with the new website and booking engine gave my staff and I the boost we needed to take the inn to the next step. I am not sure how to put into words how Whitestone, the website and marketing has helped. I have been wanting to make all of these changes for almost 6 years and they truly helped me accomplish all that I had hoped for and then some.
We are more profitable than ever and this is just the first year. All I would say to all looking to use Whitestone, just trust them whole heartedly. I feel their team truly cares, we aren't an account number, we are a person to them and that is what all innkeepers are about. Personalized services. I doubt anyone could work white them and then regret it; this is a no brainer!
