He is active in all aspects of the firm's work, including leading its Transportation Design Group. His engineering experience with the company has been multi-faceted, including such varied undertakings as storm drainage, road improvements, site developments, land subdivisions, athletic complexes, pumping stations, waterworks, and wastewater systems. While Mr. Williams' past career has been focused on institutional and governmental clients, he has a keen understanding of the requirements of the private sector.

He joined the firm in 1988 as a project engineer responsible for the design of civil engineering and architectural structures. During his career, Mr. Cranford has designed and directed the design of numerous building and bridge projects for government, industrial, and private clients. He has extensive experience in nearly every type of building structure including municipal buildings and structures, churches, residential structures, educational facilities, recreation and athletic facilities, office buildings, hospitals and other medical buildings, historic structures, and marine structures.
