I called and spoke with Derek, who took the time to answer all my questions in great detail and ultimately helped me decide (after multiple calls!) on the proper windows to purchase. I was a little concerned about what the quality would be like considering the price point but I was pleasantly surprised. We're experiencing historical frigid temperatures of -30 F in MN this week (yes, -30 F) and I couldn't be more happy with the performance of the windows. Toasty warm. Talk about great timing! I would 100% buy these windows again. Great personal customer service with Derek even with the small order size.

We had received multiple quotes from window companies and all came with a hefty price tag (as we were paying for the commission of the sales person, etc). Several companies also shared that the window in the size we wanted could take 6-8 weeks. When I contacted Window estore by email, I received an immediate response and my windows came in the estimated 2 weeks they quoted. After ordering I also received a follow up call to review my measurements and ensure my order was accurate. After a few small adjustments, we were good to go! read morePurchased a large picture window with grids to replace an old metal grid window installed in 1953. Our goal was to get something better insulating so we didn't have to mop up moisture on the window sill all winter. First of all, tan color was much more attractive then plain old white. Measurements were spot on with the measurements I requested and the window was made well. Installation was a breeze (although it took three of us to lift the window into its opening). First thing my fiancee said is that it looked beautiful and the second thing she said is that she couldn't hear the cars going up and down the street anymore. Would highly recommend the Window e-Store for the DIY and for anyone that wants a quality window at a good price.

read moreI was surprised at how easy the ordering process was, especially after trying to get a quote from the Big Hardware stores. I gave the exact measurements I needed. I figured I would have to add shims to make them fit. The order was delivered on time and they were exactly the right size. Once I got the old window out after 1 hour of prying and banging the new window went in effortlessly in under 15 minutes. I will get all my windows from Window e-Store.

read moreStaff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine how to measure for their windows. The window itself took around 2 weeks (pretty quick) to arrive and had the same green hue I had requested. Really like the fact that its tempered glass and has a double latch for locking down the window. I had Renew by Anderson windows installed upstairs and will be doing these in all the downstairs windows, as they look just as good, but significantly less expensive.

read moreThis was easily one of the best shopping experiences I have had. I have two very weird bathroom windows and one large picture window that I need to replace. I was so confused with how should I measure them. So I called Derek. He was very patient and professional. He took time to answer my million questions, looked at photos of my bathroom windows and even talked with my window guy to make sure that he had the right measurement.

You know when you buy stuff, especially when you are not an expert on those subject matters. people always try to upsell you, or sell you something you don't need. It annoys me deeply when it happens. Shopping for something you don't really understand is difficult enough, let alone having people using all sort of selling techniques on you.

Derek didn't do any of that, he was very straight forward and honest. I ended up ordering the bathroom windows with Derek, and was disappointed that I wasn't able to buy the picture window from them. I will definitely buy from them should I need more windows in the future and recommend this window e-store to anyone I know.
I will update this review when the windows are installed.

read more5 Stars - Needed a customized vinyl window for my bathroom renovation. Search all over the internet until I found Window e-Store. Very easy interface for customers to choose and customize their window. Customer Services was very helpful and friendly. I was able to email them and send pictures of what I trying to replace. Order was place, item was shipping locally within a week or so, pick-up was very easy. Installers had no issues installing the new window. Great quality product. I highly recommend Window e-Store.

read moreI ordered a trial window to replace a single pane window from 1950 in my kitchen. It took a few weeks, but I brought it home at 9:30 this morning and I was done with the whole job by 11. Removing the old storm window mounting screws was the longest part of the job. It literally only took 15 minutes to install the new one. I still need to do some molding around it, but I'm very pleased with the product. Way easier than going through a big box store, and saved a ton of cash by installing it myself. I'll definitely be ordering more windows as I can afford it to replace all my old windows
