All of our individual training packages include a complete one-hour training session as well as nutritional counseling. A workout program is designed to meet the requirements of every personal and includes on going body fat analysis and on going fitness evaluations. Each training session may incorporate a flexibility component, cardiovascular training, strength training, plyometrics, core exercises, stability ball exercises, and Pilates. We have a complete line of supplements to assist you replenish and rejuvenate between your workout sessions.
