TEACHING EXCELLENCE At World Karate Center, our head instructor, Sifu Tim Mills, holds black belts in several martial arts, is a 2008 world title holder in WEKAF (World Eskrima Kali Aris Federation) a nationally rated IKF (International Kickboxing Federation) kickboxer, and a CKA (Colorado Karate Association) center judge.
