WSR traces its roots back to a tiny two-man partnership between John Plocher and Stan Rapp who decided to open up a real estate brokerage in 1982. Then after less than a year, partner Mr. Rapp had a colossal stroke leaving John Plocher to make the go with assistance from his father, a retired USAF colonel as his only agent. The 80's brought much expansion and depth to WSR. Many agents, assistants and team were added to accommodate a burgeoning property management division which took flight at the end of the decade.
