After years of practice, this instructor inspired Amber to study Yoga teacher training at 'It's Yoga' in San Francisco. Thank YOU! San Francisco was where Amber met Larry Schultz, and, under his tutelage, plugged in to the system of practicing and instructing Ashtanga Yoga. She returned to Cincinnati in the spring of 2000 ready to instruct, and started leading classes at very popular hip yoga studios. At about this same time she started assisting in 'It's Yoga' teacher training courses from Cincinnati to San Francisco.

Offered in 8 weekends or a 1-month intensive, LEVEL 1 is designed for beginners who want to learn the history and foundations of yoga, with a focus on Ashtanga and Larry Schultz's Rocket. You will learn how to instruct the Modified Primary Series (MPS), which consists of 34 poses plus finishing series. Our teacher training program is designed to awaken your voice, give you a strong home practice and help you to feel confident about leading your own classes.
