A NEW SESSION OF our YOGA CLASSES STARTS the week of OCTOBER 12, 2020 (and meets through the week of November 16). You may join a class at any point in a session if there are openings. You are welcome to join a class after the starting date if space is available. Pre-registration is needed to join a class.

Our Center offers classes and retreats on a regular basis for students practicing at various levels, from beginners to experienced meditators. The instructor will guide you through a class featuring slow, gentle stretch, with breathing awareness and deep relaxation practice designed to calm and focus the mind and promote mind-body well-being. All of our instructors have years of yoga-teaching-experience and of living the practice.
