Zumpano Hanson Development

Fred Zumpano has been designing and building in Northeast Ohio for 26 years. Fred is a graduate of the Kent State University School of Architecture, and graduate of Hoban High School. Fred has received numerous awards for his architectural designs, including the prestigious Builder of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association in 2001 and 2007. Fred has served Rebuilding Together as board member and officer for over 12 years, and is a past President of the Homebuilders Association Serving Summit and Portage Counties.
