Dr. Bumgardner is a native of Iola, KS. He attended grades K-12 and graduated in 1962. After attending college in Kansas he attended the University of Hou-ston College of Optometry in Houston, TX. He graduated in 1969. He has conti-nuously been in private practice in Wichita, Kansas since that time.
