Born and raised in Billings, Montana Thad grew up playing basketball, baseball, and G. I. Joes with his brothers and sisters. His earliest memories as a child involved having a camera in his hand. He built quite a portfolio growing up, but sadly a house fire destroyed all of his pictures from early years.
