Drug Education & Compliance Systems, a.k.a. DECS was established in 1998 in Traverse City, Michigan. That same year, DECS relocated to the metro-Detroit area. From our corporate headquarters in Dearborn, we now coordinate and administer work-related drug & alcohol testing programs for employers in Aviation,
