In the fall of 1985 a bible study was established by Elder Leonard Chapple, Sr. The services were held in the home of Mother Frances Dumas. The bible study started with six people. Under the watchful guidance of Superintendent Felton Talley, Sr. The transition was made from a bible study to a church.
