  Scheduling the inspection was very easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule needs. The inspector … More arrived at the scheduled inspection time, and after initial introductions, he got right to work. Our inspector was Jesse Teets. He completed a thorough inspection of the exterior of the home, but due to rainy conditions, he was not able to walk the roof and instead did an eave inspection of our roof.
  After the exterior was completed, Jesse completed a thorough interior inspection which also included a test for mold (add-on with extra cost), appliances, electrical, HVAC, and water. He then inspected our attic looking for structural issues, the air handler, and HVAC ducting.
  After Jesse was complete with the inspection, he toured us around the exterior and interior explaining the issues he found. We were very impressed with Jesse’s thoroughness, customer service, and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend Checklist Inspections if you are in need of a home inspection.
