  I have to say from the minute he answered the phone he was friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and accommodating. I called when my central A/C unit broke, mind you I'm at home with a broken ankle in a hot boot, and he called me back right back within the hour. Came right to house to take a look, turned out I needed the outside unit replaced. He found the best way possible to help me out and the cheapest by far. He ordered the parts, came back the next morning, fixed it in a matter of probably an hour and half. Great warranty and guarantee, very personable, will definitely keep his card on hand and tell everybody about him.

  Provided service on the same day and fixed the problem. Heating is back on.

After my heating system broke down , they came in quickly and gave me an accurate assessment and a quote which was much better than other companies.. They were able to diagnose the problem and how to address it . They were accurate on timing and the installation took 1 day which was also a rainy day!! Extremely happy with the service..

  Mahdi was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with, and easy to get a hold of if you have questions. My central AC installation was completed quickly and professionally. Mahdi came the next day to check the work, make sure everything was cleaned up, and answer all my questions. Honestly, I expected it to take longer and cost more. As a woman, I look for someone who won't talk down to me, or assume I wouldn't understand. Mahdi explained everything in detail, including what would be involved in maintenance going forward.Since it was put in early in the season, he even called as soon as the weather got hot, to make sure I was happy with it!

  I just had Soumadel Services install a ductless split system in our condominium in Boston and we had such a great experience working with Mahdi and his team. I went through the Mass Save program and Mahdi was extremely patient with me through the entire process. As soon as I was approved he had the equipment delivered the next week and installed the entire system in 3 days. I couldn't be home while they did the work but they left the place in great shape and I absolutely trusted them being in our home without us. Also the system works perfect and it is so comforting knowing if I ever need work performed on the system I can give Mahdi a call!   My gas steam Burnham boiler broke down. Maddy came out and looked at the system. Very knowledgeable, my husband called him an “expert”, communicates very well, and very responsive. Would recommend him.
