Our promise to you is to offer ancient Yogic wisdom in a modern, supportive, and authentic way, helping us all experience the love, joy, and freedom we deserve.
We call it living the Life of a Yogi—learning how to use the time-tested tools, practices, and philosophy of Yoga to open our hearts and unravel limiting beliefs and behaviors.
It’s not an easy thing to do, which is why it takes practice, dedication, and community. And that’s exactly what we are, a community, practicing on and off the mat, alone and together, learning how to love ourselves and everyone around us more deeply—learning how to "love anyway," and in doing so, set ourselves free.

Queering Our Resources: A Trauma-Informed Yoga Practice

In this 90-minute practice curated specifically for our Queer & Trans community, students will learn tools to resource, employ techniques to regulate the nervous systems, and create a nurturing space for the emotional and physical body. Yoga Nidra Teacher Training
with Chitra Sukhu
In this course of Yoga Nidra Training for Yoga Teachers, students will learn the fundamentals of Yoga Nidra and how to share this healing, powerful practice with others. The course is taught by Chitra Sukhu, a world-renowned Yoga practitioner and expert on Yoga Nidra and Hatha Yoga, and daughter of Shri Yogi Hari and Leela Mata.

We are also relaxing our mask mandate.
