The automated emails are helpful since the people don't communicate well at all. There are very few options on Maui so we are stuck with poor service in coordinating client deliveries. Many times changing to Will Call is better, except sometimes the wait times are ridiculous. They are not a good business partner and leave our clients hanging, wondering when they will receive their stuff.

More...I've been using DHX for years they are very helpful, my orders ship quickly and I've never had any damage from them. I would give them 5 stars but just recently one of my orders was like 3 times more costly then I expected. I should have mentioned that I typically ship 16' long 2500 steel industrial doors, the suprise was that I ordered a hot tube shipped and it cost twice what my doors cost. Something about hot tubs makes them really expensive.
