Premier 36-Hole Golf Course in Anchorage, AK
Established in 1952, Moose Run Golf Course operates America's Northernmost 36-Hole Facility, featuring the Hill Course and Creek Course. Our military-affiliated operation serves Active Duty and Retired Military, Veterans, DoD Employees, their families, and Civilian Guests. The Hill Course, designed by Army Combat Engineers, offers a walkable layout ideal for beginners and juniors, while the Creek Course, designed by Robin Nelson, challenges seasoned players with Ship Creek's natural obstacles. Both courses provide panoramic views of the Chugach Mountains and opportunities to observe Alaskan wildlife including moose, bears, and eagles.

Our practice facilities include a driving range, chipping areas, and putting greens. Recognized by Golf Digest as Alaska's 'Best In State' and ranked among Golfweek's 'Best Courses You Can Play,' we maintain a legacy of excellence in military golf operations. Our team combines decades of PGA-certified instruction experience with deep local knowledge of Alaskan golf conditions. We offer structured programs for juniors, military veterans through PGA HOPE, and competitive tournaments for all skill levels. Our commitment to quality extends to course maintenance, ensuring optimal playing conditions throughout Alaska's golf season.
