I had my first encounter with Derrick Long from AC by J today and was very pleased. Derrick was thorough, professional and personable. I'll definitely have him back out any time I need service. As a matter of fact, we signed up for their top of the line annual service agreement because of Derrick.

Report
AC by J was wonderful. I returned home last evening at 10:00pm to find out my heat wasn't working. Thinking I would have to wait until at least 9:00am to reach someone open on Saturday, I was thrilled to realize that AC by J was not only open today, but has 24 hour service. By 6:45am, they had my service scheduled for 12:00pm today. My tech, Kazir, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. He quickly found the problem, and completed the repair and I happily have a nice toasty warm house again. Thank you AC by J and Kazir for the excellent service!!
