Hopewell Baptist Church

Hopewell Baptist Church is a vibrant Southern Baptist congregation dedicated to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and serving the Louisville community. Founded on the principles of Scripture, we prioritize worship, discipleship, and mission work, both locally and globally. Our church adopted the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 in 2015 as our doctrinal foundation, ensuring alignment with historic Christian teachings while remaining relevant to modern challenges. We emphasize corporate worship, prayer, and biblical education through Sunday School and weekly services. Our vision centers on glorifying God by fostering a gospel-centered community that demonstrates Christ's love through unity, service, and outreach.

With a focus on spiritual growth and accountability, we encourage members to engage in personal devotions, family discipleship, and evangelism. Our leadership, including Pastor Andy Thomas, brings decades of experience in pastoral ministry and theological education. We are committed to maintaining transparency in our operations, supporting ministry expenses, and caring for those in need. Through regular gatherings, we strive to cultivate a church culture marked by grace, holiness, and mutual encouragement. Our mission extends beyond Louisville, partnering with global ministries to spread the message of salvation.
