Asgco Manufacturing provides certified conveyor belt splicing using advanced vulcanization techniques. Our MSHA-certified technicians perform hot and cold splicing for fabric, steel cord, and Kevlar belts up to 96 inches wide. The Finger-Flex and Seam-less Splice methods eliminate mechanical fasteners, offering 100% tension support and reduced carry-back. We guarantee 2-year performance on all splices.
Laser Alignment
Our laser alignment services use state-of-the-art equipment to analyze conveyor components with .003 accuracy at 500 feet. This process identifies mis-tracking causes, extends equipment life, reduces power consumption, and minimizes downtime. Steel Fabrication
