What Aveda services do you offer?
We provide hair care, massage therapy, facials, nail services, waxing, and bridal packages using Aveda products. All services follow Aveda's environmental and wellness philosophy.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and closed Sundays at our Madison location.
Do you accept gift cards?
Yes, we accept our own gift cards and offer a $10 bonus card with $100 purchases. We no longer accept Spa Finder or Salon Wish gift certificates.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are also welcome for in-person transactions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments not cancelled within this window may incur a charge at the discretion of management.
