Your Inclusive Church Home in Pacific Beach
Pacific Beach Christian Church has been a spiritual home for residents of Pacific Beach since 1949. As part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), we embrace a tradition of inclusivity and welcome all individuals regardless of background, belief, or identity. Our congregation actively practices the commandment to love God and neighbor through weekly worship services, intergenerational programs, and community outreach initiatives. We maintain a strong commitment to social justice, partnering with local organizations like the Pacific Beach Interfaith Coalition and Heavenly Manna to address community needs.

Our Open and Affirming designation since 2018 reflects our dedication to full LGBTQ+ inclusion in all aspects of church life. With both traditional and contemporary worship elements, we create space for diverse expressions of faith while maintaining our founding principles of unity and compassion. Our staff brings decades of combined experience in theological education, youth ministry, and worship leadership to serve both long-time members and newcomers alike.
