Services
Thermal Oxidation
Our thermal oxidation systems destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants through high-temperature combustion. We design and install regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) and direct-fired units that achieve 99% destruction efficiency while minimizing fuel consumption. This solution ensures compliance with EPA regulations for industrial facilities in energy-intensive sectors.
Particulate Control
We provide electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) and scrubber systems that capture fine particulate matter (PM 2.5) from industrial exhaust streams. Our engineers optimize control systems and retrofit existing equipment to meet stringent NSPS standards. This includes turnkey installation of high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration for power plants and manufacturing operations.
Boiler Service
Our boiler service division offers inspections, upgrades, and compliance testing for industrial boilers and heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs). We perform tube leak detection, refractory repairs, and combustion efficiency tuning to reduce emissions while maintaining operational reliability for facilities subject to Boiler MACT regulations.
CEMS Analyzers
We install and maintain continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) that track pollutants like NOX, CO, and mercury in real time. Our EPA-certified technicians calibrate gas analyzers and integrate data acquisition systems to ensure compliance with Title IV and MATS reporting requirements for power generation facilities.
Drone Inspections
Our drone-based inspection services provide high-resolution imaging of hard-to-reach equipment like smokestacks, cooling towers, and flare systems. This non-invasive technology reduces downtime during compliance audits while capturing thermal and visual data to identify corrosion, leaks, or structural weaknesses in environmental control systems.
