Cat Boarding
Our cat boarding condos provide multi-level spaces with private potty areas, aquarium views, and natural light. We offer themed packages with treats and enrichment activities. Special attention is given to senior cats with quiet environments and medication management. All accommodations include twice-daily Compawssion Hugs for emotional well-being.
Dog Training
Professional trainers deliver customized programs including boarding school, day school, and private lessons. Services cover basic obedience, off-leash training, and behavior modification. What vaccinations are required for pet boarding?
Dogs require Bordetella, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Para-influenza, Lepto, Rabies, and H3N2 flu vaccinations. Cats need Rabies, Feline Distemper, and Feline Leukemia vaccines.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
Yes, we welcome tours daily from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM without appointments. Our Glen Allen and Midlothian locations offer guided walkthroughs of all pet areas.
What happens if my pet gets sick during boarding?
Our staff will immediately contact your veterinarian and provide transportation if needed. We maintain detailed medical records and communicate directly with owners throughout any treatment process.
Are there any hidden fees?
All charges are communicated at check-in. Additional costs for medication administration ($1.95/oral dose) or special services are disclosed prior to service completion.
Can I bring my pet's personal items?
We allow bedding for suite accommodations and favorite toys (excluding rawhides/ropes). Food can be brought pre-packaged, and we provide complimentary fleece blankets laundered nightly.
What security measures are in place?
Our facilities use 24/7 surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and secure entry protocols. Staff monitor all areas continuously, with restricted access after operating hours.
