Premier Soccer Leagues in San Diego, CA
Founded in 1988, California Soccer League has grown from a grassroots youth program in San Diego's Inner City to a premier soccer organization serving players of all ages and skill levels. What began as a community initiative to engage at-risk youth through free soccer programs has evolved into a structured league offering competitive 6v6 and 11v11 formats for adults and youth divisions. Our league emphasizes community development, sportsmanship, and accessibility, with dedicated referees, standardized rules, and facilities across San Diego County. With over 150 teams participating annually, we provide summer and winter seasons featuring playoffs, individual awards, and team trophies. Our commitment to safety includes mandatory player registration, conduct protocols, and head injury procedures. As a community-focused organization, we maintain partnerships with local parks and schools while enforcing environmental responsibility through field cleanup initiatives. Our experienced leadership team combines decades of local knowledge with formalized coaching and officiating standards to ensure quality programming.
