Our worship services blend traditional and contemporary elements to create inclusive, spiritually enriching experiences. Each congregation offers culturally relevant worship formats while maintaining core Christian teachings. Services typically include biblical preaching, communal prayer, and sacramental practices. We emphasize accessibility for all generations through varied worship styles and family-friendly environments.
Global Missions
Through our Serve Globally initiative, we support personnel in 63+ countries working with local partners to establish Christ-centered communities. Our mission focuses on holistic development addressing spiritual, social, and economic needs. Programs include medical outreach, education initiatives, and church planting efforts that emphasize cultural sensitivity and sustainable impact.
Spiritual Direction
Certified spiritual directors provide one-on-one companionship for individuals seeking deeper connection with God. Our directors offer confidential listening, prayer support, and discernment guidance rooted in Ignatian spirituality. This ministry serves clergy, lay leaders, and congregation members through both in-person and virtual sessions across multiple languages.
Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry resources equip churches to engage teenagers in faith formation through age-appropriate curricula and experiential learning. Programs address contemporary challenges while teaching biblical foundations. We provide leadership training for youth workers and specialized resources for navigating modern cultural contexts related to identity and sexuality.
Leadership Development
We offer comprehensive support for clergy and lay leaders through credentialing programs, continuing education, and pastoral care services. Our development initiatives include mentoring networks, conference-based training, and specialized resources for church planters. The C. John Weborg Center provides advanced spiritual formation opportunities for ministry professionals.
