Our kitchen design process begins with a complimentary consultation to understand your lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences. Using advanced 3D rendering technology, we create detailed visualizations of your future kitchen. Our certified designers help select premium materials and layouts that maximize functionality while enhancing home value. With over 25 years of experience in Durham's historic and modern homes, we deliver customized solutions that blend beauty with practicality. Our showroom features displays from top manufacturers like Wood-Mode and SieMatic for material selection.
Kitchen Remodeling
We provide full-service kitchen remodeling from initial design through final installation. Our team coordinates with trusted contractors to ensure seamless execution of your renovation plan. Services include custom cabinetry installation, countertop replacement, and layout optimization. With rigorous quality control visits during construction, we guarantee precise implementation of your design. Our local expertise in Chapel Hill and Durham neighborhoods ensures compliance with historic preservation standards when required. The process typically takes 8-12 weeks from design approval to completion.
Custom Cabinetry
We offer premium custom cabinetry solutions from leading manufacturers including Wood-Mode, Brookhaven, and SieMatic. Our designers help select materials, finishes, and configurations tailored to your storage needs and style preferences. Custom options allow for precise space optimization that stock cabinets cannot achieve. Available in transitional, contemporary, and European styles, our cabinetry enhances both functionality and resale value. The showroom displays full kitchen installations to help visualize different cabinet configurations in real-world settings.
Closet Design
Our custom closet design service transforms disorganized spaces into efficient storage systems. Designers work closely with clients to understand storage requirements and aesthetic preferences. Using the same 3D rendering technology as kitchen design, we visualize closet layouts before implementation. Services include custom shelving, specialty storage for shoes/accessories, and space optimization for walk-in closets. The process typically involves two consultation visits: one for measurements and concept development, followed by final design approval and installation coordination.
3D Rendering
We utilize advanced 3D rendering software to create photorealistic visualizations of your remodeled space before construction begins. This technology allows precise visualization of material choices, lighting effects, and spatial relationships. Clients can request adjustments to layouts, finishes, and fixtures in the digital model before finalizing designs. The rendering process typically takes 3-5 business days after initial consultation and measurements. This service reduces costly changes during construction and ensures client satisfaction with the final design outcome.
