Services
Flat Roof Restoration
Our flat roof restoration systems use fluid-applied technology to stop leaks, reduce energy costs, and extend roof life. These solutions are ideal for commercial buildings with built-up, modified bitumen, or single-ply roofs. Contractors benefit from our comprehensive training and warranty programs.
Metal Roof Restoration
Metal roof restoration involves applying specialized coatings that prevent rust, reduce heat buildup, and seal leaks. Our systems accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring long-term durability for industrial and commercial properties.
Spray Foam Roofing
Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing creates a seamless, energy-efficient barrier that insulates and waterproofs commercial roofs. This solution is ideal for irregularly shaped roofs and provides superior adhesion to various substrates.
Roof Coatings
Our roof coatings include silicone, urethane, and acrylic formulas that reflect UV rays, reduce cooling costs, and extend roof lifespan. These products meet industry standards for performance and sustainability in commercial applications.
Warranty Program
The StarGard Warranty Program offers long-term protection for fluid-applied roof systems. Warranties cover material defects and workmanship when installed by approved contractors, providing facility managers with peace of mind and asset protection.
