Malaga Inn: Historic Boutique Hotel in Mobile, AL
Established in 1862, Malaga Inn stands as Mobile, Alabama's sole boutique hotel within the Downtown Historic District. Originally constructed as twin townhouses by brothers-in-law during the Civil War era, our property has been meticulously restored to blend historic charm with modern comforts. We offer 39 individually designed guest rooms and suites, each featuring amenities like complimentary wireless internet, cable TV, and coffee makers. Our courtyard serves as a romantic event space hosting weddings and receptions, complemented by an indoor venue for larger gatherings.

The inn's rich history includes Confederate-era tunnels beneath one building and a mid-20th-century transformation that expanded the property while preserving its architectural heritage. Complimentary historic tours showcase our unique blend of Southern gentility and contemporary hospitality.
