I have used Kodiak for so many years. They do all of my annual maintenance, leak calls and have replaced, I've lost count, so many roofs! Anonda Risse is the best account rep ever! Robert Briggs is THE Water Whisperer :-)
I plan to have them in my vendor arsenal for many years to come.
