We are in the process of buying a Brush Arbor spec home and could not be more pleased with the way they are handling all of the final details. It doesn't feel like a business transaction but rather like we are dealing with craftsmen who take great pride in their work and who measure their results based on how happy we are. And the designers are awesome. We did not get to work with them because all of the choices had been made before we went under contract--I am grateful for this because, after seeing the finished product, I would not change a thing. Every person we have dealt with in the company has been top notch.
