On Friday afternoon, I contacted Anytime regarding an issue with the number pad lock on my front door. After a series of inquiries, the representative prompted me to check if the battery had been replaced. Surprisingly, it hadn't crossed my mind. He kindly offered to send someone to replace the battery, but also suggested that I could attempt it myself to avoid a service call. Appreciating his honesty, I agreed to give it a shot, with the understanding that if unsuccessful, I would request assistance on Monday.
