Jan joined WBM in 1983, managing carpet cleaning and restoration projects. Certified in specialty cleaning techniques, he oversees personnel training. Holds a BAA in accounting and enjoys knife-making, hunting, and fishing.

Operations Director
Russ brings 25+ years of janitorial experience, including owning a maid service franchise. He joined WBM in 2015, managing commercial operations across Idaho. Enjoys coaching youth soccer and downhill skiing.
