Alta Lodge

Alta Lodge has been welcoming skiers and mountain enthusiasts since 1940 as Alta's first ski lodge. Our historic European-style inn offers ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Alta Ski Resort, just one mile from Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. We combine mid-century design with family-run hospitality, providing comfortable accommodations, exceptional dining, and a home-away-from-home atmosphere. Our guests return year after year for our authentic mountain experience, personal service, and proximity to 547+ inches of annual powder snow. During summer months, we host weddings, retreats, and special events in our charming alpine setting.
