Welcome to Saint Columban Catholic Church
Saint Columban Catholic Church has served the Garden Grove community since 1947 as a sacramental, multicultural parish united through faith and service. Our mission centers on living the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, education, and outreach. With over 6,000 registered families, we celebrate Mass in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese to reflect our diverse community. Our history includes significant growth from 35 founding families to a vibrant congregation meeting in a 1,434-seat church dedicated by Cardinal McIntyre in 1968. We emphasize stewardship through time, talent, and treasure while prioritizing care for the poor and marginalized. The parish offers comprehensive programs including religious education, youth ministry, and social services like Saturday lunch for the homeless. Our staff includes three reverends and dedicated administrators supporting parish operations. We maintain transparent financial practices and encourage online giving for convenience. Located at 10801 Stanford Ave, our campus includes Murphy Hall and facilities for worship, education, and community gatherings.
