HONEST! When another company wanted to charge me $825.00 labor only (as the parts were under warranty) to replace two boards on my less-than-2 year old heater/ac, Comfort Control came out, checked everything and found that the only issue was a tripped circuit breaker! How could another company not find that??? Geez - makes me think that other company thought they could pull one over on this old blonde!

We needed to create airflow paths for blocked-off air-conditioned rooms. They all had ducts going in but no way for hot air to escape. We are a video production studio and needed the venting to be sound isolating as we have a large fulfillment area outside the rooms.
George came in and helped make a plan around our current layout. Timothy and his team came in to do the physical installs, which took about a week and involved cutting holes through the walls for vents.

The solution they installed has worked great for our production rooms keeping the cool air flowing without letting the loud warehouse sounds come through. They designed a rectangular duct with a flexible conduit inside to diffuse the sound waves. I think it works great. The team is very polite and professional. Timothy and his team did an excellent job. This post was for work done in December of 2021, but I forgot to post this review until now.

I had to have major work done to my A/C, my A/C would be down for 2 days in over 100 degree weather, I was frightened for me and for workers. Well, the day came and the wonderful workers completed the work that day and were gone by 3:00 p.m. They were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and every good thing I could say.
