Your Home for Worship and Community in Phoenix, AZ
Bethel India Pentecostal Church was founded in 2007 to provide a spiritual home for expatriate Christians from India seeking authentic Biblical worship in a culturally familiar environment. Our church remains deeply rooted in the traditions of the historic Christian Church established on the day of Pentecost while serving the Phoenix, Arizona community with a focus on evangelism and humanitarian outreach. We emphasize three core principles: First, we prioritize direct engagement with Scripture through regular Bible study sessions that explore the teachings of the Old and New Testaments. Second, we maintain a strong commitment to prayer, operating both in-person and telephonic prayer lines to support individuals in need. Third, our worship services blend traditional elements with contemporary needs, featuring multilingual hymns and contemplative practices. The church has grown significantly since its modest beginnings, guided by dedicated leadership including Pastor Manu C Thomas and previous pastors who established its foundational values. We actively engage in local and global charitable initiatives, believing that practical service to others is essential for living out our faith. Our theological framework aligns with historic Christian orthodoxy, affirming the Trinity, the authority of Scripture, and the redemptive mission of Jesus Christ. Through youth fellowships, women's groups, and community outreach programs, we strive to create a welcoming space for spiritual growth and mutual support. Our governance structure emphasizes transparency and accountability through elected leadership and regular congregational oversight.
