We have been serving authentic Southern, Cajun, and Creole flavors since our founding in June 1987 at the Jacksonville Landing. Our original location began with just 20 stools and a limited raw bar menu inspired by Louisiana transplants. Over three decades later, we operate six locations across Florida, including our home office in Jacksonville. We pride ourselves on a corporate culture built on "Lagniappe," meaning we give a little something extra to every guest. Our mission remains unchanged: to earn the loyalty of both guests and employees by creating raving fans. Founders Louis and Greg Saig, alongside partner Jesse Jabot, established a standard of quality food and impeccable service at a great value.
