Services
Termite Control
Our state-certified termite technicians provide comprehensive protection against subterranean termites. We begin with a detailed inspection followed by customized barrier treatments using safe, EPA-approved termiticides. Our slab injection and foam treatment methods target hidden infestations while creating long-term prevention barriers. Every treatment includes application flowmeter documentation to ensure proper coverage and protection for homes in Tallahassee's climate.
WDO Inspections
We conduct thorough Wood Destroying Organism inspections for real estate transactions. Our licensed inspectors examine all accessible areas including attics, crawl spaces, and foundations to identify current infestations or past damage from termites, powder post beetles, and wood decay fungi. Clients receive same-day reports detailing findings and recommendations, helping home buyers make informed decisions about their property investments.
Mosquito Control
Our mosquito control programs target breeding areas and create protective barriers around properties. Using integrated pest management techniques, we reduce mosquito populations through targeted treatments of standing water areas, foliage, and perimeter zones. Our eco-friendly solutions address both current infestations and future prevention while maintaining safety for families and pets in residential and commercial settings.
Substructure Controls
We implement comprehensive moisture management solutions to prevent pest infestations and structural damage. Our services include installing 6-mil moisture barriers in crawl spaces, automatic temp-vents for foundation ventilation, and borate wood treatments. These measures address conditions conducive to termite activity while protecting structural integrity through proper humidity control and pest prevention strategies.
Eco-Friendly Pest Control
Our environmentally conscious approach utilizes EPA-approved materials and integrated pest management techniques. We offer organic treatment options, targeted bait systems, and exclusion methods that minimize chemical use. For commercial clients, we implement customized two-step treatments combining interior elimination with exterior perimeter protection, ensuring effective pest control while maintaining safety standards for businesses and their customers.
