Certified teachers use project-based learning to foster curiosity and creativity while preparing students for elementary school success. The program emphasizes language development, fine motor skills, and collaborative problem-solving through hands-on activities.
Lower School Programs
Grades TK-4 focus on core academic mastery while nurturing individual talents. Our interdisciplinary approach integrates STEM concepts with arts and humanities. Students engage in daily writing workshops, Singapore math instruction, and Spanish language immersion. Specialized teachers provide weekly instruction in music, visual arts, physical education, and environmental science through our outdoor learning lab.
Middle School Curriculum
Grades 5-8 combine academic rigor with character development through an inquiry-based curriculum. Students take advanced math through Algebra I, lab science, and comparative world history. Electives include robotics, drama, and advanced visual arts. Our advisory program supports social-emotional growth while preparing students for high school through college counseling and leadership development opportunities.
Athletics Programs
Our Comet Athletics program offers competitive sports for grades 4-8 including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and track. The program emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical fitness while developing fundamental skills. Our high school-sized gymnasium and multi-sport field provide professional-grade facilities for practices and competitions against regional independent schools.
