We are proud to offer a dedicated Medicare Wellness Center designed to meet the unique needs of our senior patients. Our physicians are board certified in internal medicine and family practice. We practice primary care medicine and provide for your primary care needs, including preventive health care, from age 16 and up. We treat acute illnesses, orthopedic and sports-related injuries, arthritis, and chronic illnesses. Our facility is located on Fredericksburg Road and is wheelchair accessible. We have an in-house diagnostic lab and an extensive network of consultant physicians. We are committed to providing quality medical care that is accessible and culturally sensitive.

Our team of hospital-based physicians care for our hospitalized patients in San Antonio's major hospitals. We encourage each patient to identify a MacGregor physician as their primary physician. We offer preventive care, physicals, and immunizations in addition to diagnosing and treating common and not-so-common ailments.
