Welcome to Central Christian Church
Central Christian Church has been a spiritual cornerstone in Springfield, Missouri, since its founding. We are committed to fostering Christian spirituality through weekly worship services, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives. Our mission extends beyond our sanctuary walls, focusing on bringing people together to celebrate faith while addressing local needs through service. With a diverse array of programs for all ages - including Sunday School classes, youth ministries, and music ensembles - we create opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection. Our dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to maintain this mission, as evidenced by our longstanding partnerships with local schools and organizations.Through initiatives like the Boyd Book Festival and food packing events at Ozarks Food Harvest, we demonstrate our commitment to service. Our worship services feature traditional hymns and modern interpretations, led by experienced clergy and musicians. We embrace both in-person and digital engagement, offering Facebook Live streaming for worship services during technical transitions. This combination of tradition and innovation allows us to serve our congregation effectively while maintaining relevance in contemporary society.
