So we are not ones to usually leave reviews on much we have taken care of at our home but this one is a must. From start to finish (which was extremely quick) everything went super smooth. We had 4 estimates for this project and by far EFFICIENT AIR SERVICE was by far head and shoulders above the rest. Matt Perdue who was the sales rep that came to the house was 100% professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain in detail everything we needed to know and answer any questions we had.

He did a full house analysis (free of charge) to make sure what we were getting was correct for our home and we were making the right decision. They work with you on pricing and also offer 0% financing for 60 months if needed. When they told you what time they would show upthey showed up!! When they told you how long it would take to get finishedit was finished!! The follow up calls from Linda at the office were also very helpful and professional.

The crew stayed late to make sure everything was done right and we had our Ac/Heat service up and running that same day. This all happened within 3 days of calling them and having a HVAC full heating and air conditioning installation done. And this was in the middle of the heat wave of over 95 degrees for almost 2 weeks straight when we couldnt even get companies to come here to look at it!!
