Orc Industries has been a purpose-driven organization since 1966, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment opportunities. Our mission centers on fostering independence, productivity, and self-sufficiency by providing vocational training and job placement services. Over five decades, we have expanded our operations to include manufacturing, logistics, and assembly services, all while maintaining our commitment to social impact. Headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with additional facilities in Arcadia, Wisconsin, and Brownsville, Texas, we deliver high-quality products and services to both public and private sectors. Our manufacturing division specializes in military-grade gear, including the official U.S. Military Poncho and U.S. Navy 'Dixie' Cup Hat, produced to exacting standards.

We also operate Vibrant Linens, a commercial laundry service offering next-day turnaround for hospitality clients in the Rio Grande Valley. Our logistics division provides seamless order fulfillment, secure storage, and value-added services like light assembly and kitting. Through our Enclave Program, we extend employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities by placing them in community-based jobs with local businesses. Our non-profit structure allows us to prioritize purpose over profit, ensuring that every project contributes to both client success and community impact.
