Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates tailored outdoor environments combining aesthetics and functionality. Degreed horticulturists develop master plans integrating plant selection, hardscapes, and irrigation systems to suit Kansas City's climate. We focus on sustainable practices and low-maintenance solutions while ensuring proper grading and drainage. Projects range from intimate backyard retreats to large-scale commercial properties, with 3D visualizations provided for client approval before implementation.
Outdoor Lighting
Custom outdoor lighting solutions enhance safety, security, and aesthetics using FX Luminaire products. Our designs highlight architectural features and landscape elements while incorporating energy-efficient LED technology. Systems include smart controls for scheduling and color customization. Installation follows strict safety protocols for electrical wiring and includes annual maintenance checks. Projects transform properties into visually striking spaces visible day and night across Kansas City's residential and commercial areas.
Sprinkler Systems
Smart irrigation systems feature Rachio controllers and GPS-guided installation for precise water distribution. We design systems tailored to soil types, plant needs, and Kansas City's weather patterns. Services include winterization, leak detection, and seasonal adjustments. Commercial systems incorporate rain sensors and zoning for efficient water use. All installations follow local codes with warranties covering parts and labor to ensure long-term system reliability and water conservation.
Hardscape Installation
Premium hardscape construction uses Techo-Bloc materials for patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Our certified installers create durable, low-maintenance features with lifetime transferable warranties. Projects include fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and multi-level terraces. We ensure proper base preparation and drainage integration to prevent shifting. Designs complement architectural styles while increasing property value through functional outdoor living spaces in residential and commercial settings.
Drainage Solutions
Comprehensive drainage assessments identify problematic water flow patterns causing property damage. Solutions include French drains, dry wells, and grading modifications following EPA-recommended practices. Commercial projects incorporate stormwater management systems meeting municipal requirements. Residential services address basement seepage and landscape erosion. All installations use durable materials with lifetime performance guarantees to protect foundations and landscaping investments across the Kansas City metro area.
