Founded in 2005, Los Angeles Guitar Academy (LAGA) has established itself as a premier institution for guitar education, offering unparalleled access to classical and flamenco guitar instruction. Our mission began in Los Angeles, where we cultivated a reputation for excellence through in-person lessons before expanding globally via innovative online programs. Our faculty comprises credentialed educators with graduate degrees from top music schools, each bringing decades of teaching and performance experience to students worldwide. LAGA's curriculum combines traditional conservatory methods with modern pedagogical tools, featuring over 2,400 video lessons and exclusive sheet music arrangements. We maintain rigorous standards through personalized faculty feedback, ensuring students master proper technique without shortcuts. Our 24/7 accessible platform accommodates learners at all levels, from beginners to professional musicians seeking advancement. The establishment of LAGA Publishing in 2010 further expanded our reach, making unique classical guitar arrangements available globally.
