Empowering Lives Through Compassionate Care & Support
Villa Esperanza Services has been dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over six decades. Founded in 1961 by a group of visionary mothers, our organization has evolved from a small home-based school into a comprehensive nonprofit providing lifelong support across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Our programs span early intervention through senior care, including specialized education, occupational therapy, speech and language services, behavioral therapy, adult day programs, residential support, and employment training. With state-of-the-art facilities developed through our multi-phase capital campaign, we combine cutting-edge resources with personalized care to foster independence and community integration. Our team of compassionate professionals works closely with families to create individualized pathways for growth, ensuring participants receive tailored support at every life stage. As advocates for disability rights, we actively engage in policy efforts to secure sustainable funding and protections for future generations. Through strategic partnerships and community collaboration, we continually expand access to critical services while maintaining our founding mission of providing love, care, and hope to neurodivergent individuals and their families.
