Services
Youth Theater Productions
CMT produces 11 full-scale musicals annually at Montgomery Theater, featuring casts aged 4 to 20. Our productions range from junior shows for young performers to mainstage works with advanced youth actors. Each show includes professional-grade sets, costumes, and direction, providing immersive theater experiences that build confidence and artistic skills.
Performing Arts Classes
We offer year-round classes in acting, dance, and vocal training for children aged 4 to 20. Curriculum includes beginner to advanced levels, guest artist workshops, and recital opportunities. Our programs emphasize technical skill development while fostering creativity and collaboration in a supportive environment.
Summer Theater Camps
CMTs summer camps provide intensive musical theater training culminating in performance showcases. Camps include themed workshops for younger children and advanced conservatory programs for teens. Activities combine acting, singing, dancing, and stagecraft, led by professional instructors in our state-of-the-art Creative Arts Center.
Student Matinees
Affordable weekday matinee performances introduce students to live theater. These productions include educational materials and post-show Q&A sessions with cast and crew. Matinees prioritize accessibility for schools and community groups, many of whom experience theater for the first time through this program.
Audition Workshops
Our workshops prepare youth for professional audition standards through mock auditions, monologue coaching, and ensemble exercises. Participants receive feedback from directors and learn techniques for vocal projection, stage presence, and character development. Designed for ages 8 to 20, these sessions build confidence and technical proficiency.
