How far in advance should I order a cake?
Minimum two weeks notice required, with 2-4 months recommended for complex orders. Reserve dates early as we book appointments Monday-Wednesday.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, $25 tasting includes assorted flavors and one-hour design consultation. Fee applies toward cake purchase if ordered within two weeks.
Are gluten-free options available?
Most cupcakes can be made gluten-free with 48-hour notice. Full gluten-free cake options available with minimum dozen order requirements.
Can you deliver outside the local area?
We deliver up to 75 miles from our locations. For nationwide orders, we offer shipping through Goldbelly with next-day delivery options.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards for all orders. Payment terms for custom cakes include 35% non-refundable deposit to secure event dates.
